About Tim Cain
Tim returns to real estate a decade after various professional roles within the thoroughbred racing and breeding industry.
Most recently, Tim was the managing director of Churchill Racing Pty Ltd (Churchill Lodge), a boutique thoroughbred stud farm on the Bellarine Peninsula. Churchill Lodge is widely recognized by the industry for producing racehorses that have performed successfully, both here on the local stage, nationally and internationally. In addition to the farm management Tim has been responsible for the ‘thoroughbred portfolios’ of a number of prominent local and international clients. It goes without saying Tim and his family are very passionate about horse racing. They have been fortunate to race some elite performing horses including Dash For Cash and Fontiton. In line with Tim’s personality and sense of humour you may still hear him jokingly refer to a very slow horse by the name of Stacksa as the best horse he’s been associated with.
When not in the office, Tim enjoys nothing more than spending time with his partner Carla and their 2 year old daughter Indigo Grace. Picnics at the beach, regular visits to the zoo and laid back weekends at the farm (in the gumboots) are all favourite past times.
Specific to the real estate industry, Tim served his apprenticeship as a personal assistant to one of real estate's highest performing agents in Jim Stamatis – ‘top 1 per cent of Real Estate professional in Australia’. This invaluable experience has provided Tim with a proven template to achieve excellent results for his clients.
Having owned and managed several rural properties, Tim has a strong understanding and appreciation of the rural sector within the property market. Further to that Tim is very much an advocate for all that the Bellarine Peninsula offers.
Tim’s success in previous business management is a direct result of his commitment to excellent communication with his clients, honesty and integrity in all transactions, comprehensive market / product knowledge, strong negotiation skills and simply ‘good old fashioned hard work’. All these qualities compliment Tim’s laid back and friendly personality.
